On September 1, 2026, Half Baked Goods’ phone, Shopify account, social media accounts, and email address were hacked. Thankfully, we have been able to recover our domain, which is hosted separately from Shopify, and have disconnected it from our online shop to prevent any further orders from being placed.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. We are working hard to regain access to our accounts and, once access is restored, we will issue refunds to anyone who placed an order and did not receive it.

If you need to proceed with a chargeback due to the urgency of the situation, we completely understand and will cooperate with the process once we regain access to the account.

In the meantime, we have set up a temporary email address so you can still reach us. Please contact us at halfbakedbagelco@gmail.com and include a copy of your order confirmation so we can review your order and discuss next steps with you.
